White chocolate & Blueberry Chocolates

Ingredients

100g dark chocolate melted

100ml Langage Farm double cream

50g white chocolate

Handful of frozen fruit – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

 

Directions

Brush silicon ice cream moulds with the melted dark chocolate, freeze for 10 mins.  Repeat this 5 times.

Warm up double cream in a pan, add white chocolate and stir until fully melted.  Add chopped up fruit.

Spoon mixture into chocolate moulds, leaving a gap at the top, freeze for 20 mins.

Spoon melted dark chocolate onto the fruit mixture and freeze again for 20 mins.

Leave chocolates in fridge for storage and enjoy at your leisure.
