Langage Farm Turkey Curry!

Ingredients:

500g turkey meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 jar (approximately 350g) ready-made curry sauce of your choice
1 cup Langage Double Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
Cook the turkey (if not using cooked leftovers):

Add turkey pieces to the pan, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
Add Curry Sauce:

Pour the ready-made curry sauce into the pan with the chicken. Stir well to coat the turkey in the sauce.
Simmer with Langage Double Cream:

Reduce heat to low. Pour in Langage Double Cream, stirring gently to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
Season and Garnish:

Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve:
