Add turkey pieces to the pan, stirring occasionally until lightly browned. Add Curry Sauce:
Pour the ready-made curry sauce into the pan with the chicken. Stir well to coat the turkey in the sauce. Simmer with Langage Double Cream:
Reduce heat to low. Pour in Langage Double Cream, stirring gently to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly. Season and Garnish:
Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander.
