Creamy Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is one of the most popular refreshing drinks for hot weather. The secret of this iced coffee recipe is adding Langage Farm ice cream. The ice cream makes the cold coffee drink creamy, sweet, and thick.

Ingredients:

  • Double espresso (or a very short, strong coffee from your usual method!)
  • Semi skimmed milk (or your preference)
  • Scoop of Langage Farm vanilla , chocolate or coffee ice cream
  • Ice
  • Demerara sugar

Method:

  1. Brew a short, punchy coffee. A double espresso works best
  2. Melt 1 teaspoon of sugar into the hot coffee (adjust up or down to suit your taste – this one’s up to you!)
  3. Pour the coffee over half a glass of ice (use ice made from frozen coffee, to prevent your drink being too diluted!)
  4. Top up with milk & stir for a moment
  5. Add a luxurious scoop of Langage Farm ice cream & enjoy!
