Ingredients
Porridge oats
Boiling water
Strawberry jam
Langage Farm Plain yoghurt Optional extra – serve with strawberries
Method
Empty oats into a small dish. Pour over boiling water just so it nearly covers the oats. Put jam on top then yoghurt, and a strawberry or two if you fancy. Pop in the fridge for at least an hour.
