Strawberry Overnight Oats

It’s low in fat and calories, and is perfect for a summer morning.

Ingredients

  • Porridge oats
  • Boiling water
  • Strawberry jam
  • Langage Farm Plain yoghurt
    Optional extra – serve with strawberries

Method

  • Empty oats into a small dish.
    Pour over boiling water just so it nearly covers the oats.
    Put jam on top then yoghurt, and a strawberry or two if you fancy.
    Pop in the fridge for at least an hour.
