Clotted Cream & Jam Swirl Pots

The most gloriously simple Devon picnic treat — mix it up before you leave and it’s ready and waiting when you arrive!
Serves: 4

Prep time: 5 minutes
You’ll need:

1 tub of Langage Farm Devonshire Clotted Cream
4 heaped tbsp of your favourite strawberry or raspberry jam
Fresh berries to serve (optional)
Shortbread fingers or oatcakes for dipping

Method:

Spoon the Langage Farm Clotted Cream into a bowl and add the jam.
Using a spoon or butter knife, swirl the jam through the clotted cream in lazy, generous swoops — you want beautiful ribbons of jam running through that gorgeous golden cream. Don’t overmix; the swirl is the magic!
Spoon into individual small jars or pots with tight-fitting lids.
Pop in the cool bag and head out — your Devon picnic treat is ready and waiting!
Serve straight from the jar with shortbread fingers for dipping or fresh berries alongside.
