To serve: fresh strawberries, banana slices, shortbread fingers, marshmallows or wafer biscuits
Method:
Spoon the Langage Farm Clotted Cream into a bowl. Add the sifted cocoa powder, icing sugar, vanilla extract and pinch of sea salt.
Fold everything together gently but thoroughly until you have a rich, thick, gloriously chocolatey cream. Taste and add a little extra icing sugar if you’d like it sweeter.
Spoon into a jar or sealed pot and chill for 30 minutes before packing — it firms up beautifully and travels perfectly in a cool bag.
At your picnic, set out your dippers and let everyone help themselves!
