Spiced Apple and Yogurt Pots

This quick dessert brings out the warmth of autumn spices and the creaminess of Langage Farm natural yoghurt for a comforting treat.

Ingredients:

2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
200g Langage Farm plain yogurt
1-2 tbsp honey (optional, to taste)
Handful of granola for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and caramelised (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix the Langage Farm yogurt with honey to sweeten, if desired.
  4. Divide the yogurt between two small bowls or glasses, spoon the warm spiced apples on top, and sprinkle with granola if using.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
