Ingredients:

1 cup Langage Farm Plain Yogurt
1 banana, peeled
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 handful spinach (optional)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
