Every few months, the very talented team at Langage Farm put their thinking caps on to dream up new, exciting ice cream flavours…and over the years, we’ve seen some fantastic flavours added to our popular traditional range.
So imagine my excitement when I find out the new flavour…..Unicorn Ice Cream!
The exact recipe is a firm secret, but it contains our luxury Langage Farm dairy ice cream with blue moon and a magical ripple of jellybean sauce , plus strawberry flavoured mini-bites to add a bit of crunch!
It’s already proving hugely successful and as I have been lucky to test it..I can see why. It is delicious!

Depending on the culture and era, unicorns come in many different shapes. The traditional European unicorn typically has the head of a goat and a horse’s body, paired with cloven hooves and a lion’s tail. In contrast, the modern version looks no different to a horse, except for the long twisted horn on its head.
Considering that unicorns are mythical creatures, there is quite a lot of information available about them.
