Devon’s Langage Farm launches exciting new flavoured cream for multinational retailer M&S

Langage Farm are delighted to announce the launch of a new, exclusive Speculoos flavoured thick cream for Marks and Spencer.

“We’re delighted to have produced this new flavoured thick cream for M&S. Speculoos flavoured products based on the popular Lotus Biscoff recipe are very popular this year and this cream is truly delicious,” said Steve Davies, Langage Farm’s National Account & Marketing Manager.

Alongside our popular Vanilla Clotted Cream, Speculoos provides a luxurious accompaniment to desserts, cakes and biscuits. Perhaps even an alternative partner for mince pies and Christmas Puddings in a few weeks!

This is the second time Langage Farm and M&S have created a brand new thick cream for the food market.  In 2020 they launched their signature M&S Strawberry Clotted Cream nationwide, selling out in stores and online.

The M&S Speculoos Cream and Vanilla Clotted Cream are made at the Farm in Devonshire, where clotted cream has been their speciality for more than 40 years.  “Both are made with Channel Island milk from Jersey and Guernsey cows,” said Steve. “We infuse the clotted cream with vanilla and our Speculoos Cream is blended with caramelised biscuit. They’re both so deliciously thick and indulgent –  perfect dolloped over cakes & puddings.”

“I’m so proud of the team’s dedication and skill in making our unique product flavours,”  added Steve.  “Our Research and Development Department is constantly working on exciting new products and wonderful new flavours. We monitor trends in the food industry and try to create flavours that are both traditional as well as new or ‘on trend’. The Christmas season is one of the busiest times in the food industry – and luxury and indulgence is a key driver for festivities.”

M&S Vanilla Clotted Cream and M&S Speculoos Cream are both available in stores nationwide and online via Ocado.
