Strawberry Milkshake with Clotted Cream

This strawberry milkshake is elevated to new heights of creaminess and richness with the addition of Langage Farm Clotted Cream. It’s the perfect summer treat or an indulgent dessert drink.

Ingredients:
300g fresh strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp caster sugar
250ml whole milk, chilled
200ml vanilla ice cream
100g Langage Farm Clotted Cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream and extra strawberries, for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare the Strawberries:
Place the hulled strawberries and caster sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. You can strain the puree through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother texture, but this is optional.

Blend the Milkshake:
Add the whole milk, vanilla ice cream, Langage Farm Clotted Cream, and vanilla extract to the blender with the strawberry puree. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve:
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and garnish with extra strawberries.

Optional Chill:
For an extra refreshing treat, you can chill the glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before serving.
