This panna cotta is a silky-smooth, lightly set dessert that melts in your mouth and feels effortlessly luxurious.
Made with Langage Farm pouring cream and a hint of vanilla, it’s the perfect base for pairing with fresh berries or a fruity coulis. Easy to prepare ahead of time, it’s ideal for dinner parties or a sophisticated treat at home.
Ingredients:
250ml Langage Farm pouring cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
2 gelatine leaves (or 1 tsp powdered gelatine)
Fresh berries or coulis (to serve)
Instructions:
Soak gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.
Heat the pouring cream, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan until it’s just about to boil. Remove from heat.
Squeeze excess water from the gelatine, then stir it into the hot cream until dissolved.
Pour into ramekins and chill for 4 hours or until set. Serve with fresh berries or coulis or even top with mint leaves to add some more colour…
