Latest Moos from the Farm…..

February 17, 2015

It’s another week and more excuses for great food!  We had Valentine’s Day last weekend and today it’s Shrove Tuesday – or as everyone seems to call it; Pancake Day!

It’s a perfect day for Langage Farm – we’ve been trying lots of different pancakes topped with our award winning clotted cream or delicious melting ice cream.  We’ve even tried some savoury ones with our cream cheese.  Our Sensation cream cheese pack is perfect for today.

Why don’t you try different combinations and let us know which ones you like?  As it’s half term, you could always get the kids involved – see what ‘recipes’ they come up with!

Visit a Moo Bar!

Or why not take the children out and about in the area this week whilst the sun shines and visit one of Langage Farm’s Moo Bars.  You’ll find our moo bars at several attractions across the County such as China Fleet Country Club, The National Marine Aquarium, Saltram House and Surfing Croyde Bay.  Sit down and enjoy one of our famous ice creams.

Stock up on ice cream, clotted cream & more!

If the sun decides not to shine however, you could always stay inside and try one of our delicious Langage Farm recipes.  We’ve a whole selection of easy to follow inspirational ideas on our website.  You can purchase our Langage Farm products at Tesco in Plymouth as well as our brilliant shop in Ridgeway, Plympton, Plymouth.

Gill, one of our customers, made berry muffins, carrot cake and chocolate cake in a cone, using Langage Farm products.  Her recipes will be added to our website for you to try and make yourself.
