In celebration of World Kindness Day 2024, Langage Farm is delighted to announce the winner of our Kindness Day competition: Marie Broadhurst from Devon! Marie was nominated by her thoughtful friend Katy Welsh, who described her as someone who always shares a smile and kind words with everyone she meets. Katy felt it was time for Marie to receive a little kindness in return — and what better way than with a quintessential Devon treat?
Marie will receive a fabulous Langage Farm luxury hamper, packed with our finest local goodies, and four tickets to see the enchanting pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Theatre Royal Plymouth this January.
Our competition aimed to celebrate the everyday acts of kindness that make our community so special. Whether it’s a small gesture or a life-changing act, kindness deserves to be recognised and rewarded.

This year’s World Kindness Day competition showcased the incredible generosity, warmth, and compassion of people across the region. Reading through the nominations reminded us of the amazing individuals who make a difference in their communities every day.
