Eton Mess with Clotted Cream Ice Cream

This twist on the classic Eton Mess combines crunchy meringue, fresh strawberries, and a scoop of luxurious clotted cream ice cream.

It’s a light and refreshing dessert that’s effortless to prepare yet stunning to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Langage Farm ice cream (vanilla or clotted cream flavour)
  • 100ml Langage Farm pouring cream (lightly whipped)
  • 100g meringues (crushed)
  • 150g fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, gently fold the whipped cream, crushed meringues, and sliced strawberries together.
  2. Divide into serving bowls.
  3. Top with a scoop of Langage Farm ice cream and garnish with extra berries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
