Easter Egg Dessert Bowls!

Whether you’re planning a family get-together or a playful afternoon treat, these half-shell delights are a brilliant way to use up those extra Easter eggs and create a dessert everyone will love.

🐣 What You’ll Need
Serves 4 (but totally scale up or down)

2 large hollow chocolate Easter eggs, halved carefully

2–3 tubs of Langage Farm Ice Cream – try our Clotted Cream Vanilla, Honeycomb, or Strawberries & Cream for a truly indulgent mix

Fresh berries – raspberries, sliced strawberries, blueberries

Mini chocolate eggs, crushed biscuits, brownie chunks or fudge pieces

A generous drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce

Whipped cream (optional, but why not?)

Sprinkles, mini marshmallows or edible flowers for a final flourish

🐰 How To Make Them
Prep the Egg Halves:
Gently separate your chocolate eggs into halves. If the edges are a bit rough, warm a knife in hot water, dry it, and run it along the edge to smooth it out (and help them sit flat on a plate).

Scoop in the Ice Cream:
Add 2–3 scoops of Langage Farm ice cream into each half. Mixing flavours makes it extra special – think one scoop of Clotted Cream Vanilla alongside a scoop of Honeycomb for contrast.

Top it Off:
Sprinkle with your chosen toppings – berries, biscuit bits, chocolate chunks – the more textures and colours, the better!

Finishing Touches:
Drizzle with sauce, add a swirl of whipped cream, and sprinkle over your final decorative toppings. A few pastel sprinkles or edible glitter wouldn’t go amiss!
