Clotted Cream Salad Dressing

Bring a touch of indulgence to your summer salads with this deliciously creamy clotted cream dressing, perfect for adding a rich, tangy twist to fresh greens and grilled favourites.

Ingredients:
100g Langage Farm Clotted Cream
50g Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
Combine the base ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Langage Farm Clotted Cream, Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.

Add acidity and oil:
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and white wine vinegar. Gradually whisk in the extra virgin olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

Mix in the herbs:
Add the finely chopped chives and dill. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill:
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.

Serve:
Drizzle over your favourite summer salad. This dressing pairs particularly well with mixed greens, fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, or seafood.
