November 25th is National Parfait Day, and we are ready to celebrate! Forget complicated baking – a parfait is the ultimate no-fuss dessert, and it’s all about stacking those incredible flavours high! Our Parfait is pure ‘heaven from Devon’ layered into a glass.
We’re using our vibrant Lemon Yogurt to give this dessert a zesty, creamy kick. Get stacking!
What You Need
(Serves 2)
1 tub (450g) of Langage Farm Luxury Lemon Curd Yogurt (The zestiest, creamiest layer you can imagine!)
200g Mixed fresh or thawed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
100g crunchy Granola, crushed biscuits (like digestive or ginger nuts), or oat clusters.
2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for drizzling)
Two tall glasses or clear jars for layering.

This takes less than 5 minutes to assemble, making it the perfect treat for busy people who still demand deliciousness.
Base Layer: Start strong! Spoon a thick layer of your crunchy granola or crushed biscuits into the bottom of each glass. Press down lightly.
Cream Layer: Time for the dairy star! Scoop a generous layer of the Langage Farm Luxury Lemon Yogurt over the granola. Its rich creaminess, made from our contented Jersey and Guernsey cows, is what makes the parfait so ‘udderly delicious’!
Berry Burst & Repeat: Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Repeat the layers: more granola, more yogurt, more berries. Finish with a final dollop of yogurt on top.
Drizzle & Serve: Give it a final, fancy drizzle of maple syrup or honey, and top with a perfect single berry.
