Yogurt chocolate truffles


125g Langage Farm natural yogurt

150g dark chocolate

1tbs butter (almond or coconut butter)

Cocoa powder for dusting

Dark and white chocolate for coating


Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat.  Add 150g dark chocolate.  Once melted leave to cool down a little.  Add Langage Farm natural yogurt and stir until smooth shiny consistency.  Place pan in fridge for a couple of hours until mixture cold and firm.  With a melon ball scoop or teaspoon scoop and roll into a ball.  Place balls on baking paper, dust some or all chocolate balls with cocoa powder.

Place chocolate balls into fridge to cool for an hour.  Melt some dark/milk or white chocolate.  Place chocolate balls which haven’t been dusted with cocoa powder in melted chocolate and place back on baking paper.  Return chocolate covered balls to fridge to allow chocolate to harden.
