National Peaches & Cream Day – 21 June!

A dreamy dessert to mark the sweetest day of summer! 

Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, sliced

4 scoops Langage Farm Vanilla Ice Cream

Langage Farm Clotted Cream

Honey or maple syrup

Crushed amaretti biscuits (optional)

Method:

In two sundae glasses or bowls, layer peach slices and vanilla ice cream.

Add a dollop of clotted cream on top.

Drizzle with honey or syrup for extra sweetness.

Sprinkle with crushed amaretti biscuits if using.

Serve immediately with a spoon and a smile.
