Mini Clotted Cream Cheesecakes (No-Bake, No-Fuss)

A perfect portable pudding for picnics and BBQs

These individual cheesecakes are made with Langage Farm Clotted Cream for a rich, velvety texture — no oven needed. Made in small jars or ramekins, they’re easy to prep ahead and transport, making them ideal for family picnics, beach cool bags, or summer garden parties.

You’ll need:

Langage Farm Clotted Cream

Full-fat cream cheese

Crushed digestive biscuits

Butter (melted)

Icing sugar

Fresh fruit or fruit compote for topping

Method:

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of small jars or ramekins. Chill to set.

Beat together clotted cream, cream cheese and a little icing sugar until smooth.

Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and chill for at least 2 hours.

Top with seasonal fruit (like strawberries, raspberries or peaches) just before serving.

Top tip: Keep chilled in a cool bag and serve with mini spoons — kids love them too!
