What You Need

2 generous scoops of Langage Farm Luxury Clotted Cream Vanilla Ice Cream (Pro Tip: For a festive twist, try our Salted Caramel Ice Cream!)

1 shot (about 30ml) of freshly brewed, hot Espresso (Must be strong and hot!)

Optional Garnish: A dusting of cocoa powder or a few crushed biscotti biscuits.

This recipe is so easy, it’s almost cheating.

Scoop: Place your two generous scoops of Langage Farm Vanilla Ice Cream right into a sturdy coffee mug, a small glass tumbler, or a fancy sundae dish.
