Garden Platter with Clotted Cream Dip

Bring something a little different to the table with this Devon-style grazing platter. Perfect for long lunches, garden gatherings or lazy holiday evenings. The star of the show? A herby Langage Farm Clotted Cream dip — rich, cool and perfect with crunchy veg, new potatoes or even cold meats.

You’ll need:

  • Langage Farm Clotted Cream

  • Fresh chives, lemon zest, black pepper

  • Sea salt, optional garlic or mustard

  • Cherry tomatoes, radishes, sugar snap peas, crusty bread

  • Cooked baby potatoes, sliced cold ham or chicken

Method (for the dip):

  1. Stir chopped chives, a squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt and pepper into the clotted cream.

  2. For extra punch, add a pinch of mustard powder or crushed garlic.

  3. Chill until ready to serve, then spoon into a bowl as part of your summer spread.
