Ingredients:
- 50ml strawberry liqueur
- 25ml gin (preferably a floral or London dry gin)
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Langage Farm Clotted Cream
- 10ml honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part warm water)
- Crushed ice
- A few fresh strawberries, for garnish
- A sprig of mint (optional)
Method:
- Prepare the cream mixture: In a small bowl, whisk the Langage Farm Clotted Cream with the honey syrup until smooth and creamy.
