Ingredients:

  • 50ml strawberry liqueur
  • 25ml gin (preferably a floral or London dry gin)
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Langage Farm Clotted Cream
  • 10ml honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part warm water)
  • Crushed ice
  • A few fresh strawberries, for garnish
  • A sprig of mint (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare the cream mixture: In a small bowl, whisk the Langage Farm Clotted Cream with the honey syrup until smooth and creamy.
