Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1kg potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 2–3 tbsp Langage Farm Clotted Cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes.

  2. Drain and return to the pan.

  3. Mash the potatoes with butter, crushed garlic, and Langage Farm clotted cream until smooth and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.

Tip: For extra richness, stir in a splash of warm milk or a little grated cheese.
