Creamy Chocolate Pots

Indulgently rich and silky, these chocolate pot desserts are perfect for an elegant dinner party or a simple treat at home.

Topped with a dollop of clotted cream, they’re a true delight for chocolate lovers.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Langage Farm pouring cream
  • 100g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Whipped Langage Farm clotted cream (to serve)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the pouring cream and sugar in a saucepan until just about to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat, add the chopped chocolate, and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour into small serving glasses or ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Serve topped with a dollop of clotted cream for an extra indulgence.

And…enjoy!  I like mine with a cup of freshly brewed coffee!  Yum!!!!!
