Clotted Cream Naan Bread 


Want to make your naan bread extra special? Here’s a simple hack using Langage Farm clotted cream to create a deliciously soft and rich naan! 

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp Langage Farm clotted cream
1 tbsp yogurt (optional for extra tang)
Melted butter or ghee (for brushing)


Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the clotted cream and yogurt (if using) to the dry ingredients. Gradually pour in warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms. 

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. 

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a teardrop shape.

Cook each naan on a hot skillet or tawa for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Optional: Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve warm!
