Clotted Cream Ice Cream & Berry Brioche Toast

Final one for National Ice Cream Month…A warm-weather dessert that feels like brunch and pudding in one!

This beautiful dessert blurs the lines between breakfast and dessert — soft toasted brioche topped with juicy berries and a generous scoop of Langage Farm Clotted Cream Ice Cream. It’s luxurious, light, and incredibly simple to prepare. Perfect for an alfresco garden lunch or as a sweet ending to a casual summer dinner.

You’ll need:

Sliced brioche bread (1–2 slices per person)

Langage Farm Clotted Cream Ice Cream

Mixed fresh berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

A drizzle of honey or berry coulis

Optional: flaked almonds or icing sugar for garnish

Method:

Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden on both sides — in a pan, grill, or toaster.

Place each slice on a plate and top with a scoop of Langage Farm Clotted Cream Ice Cream.

Scatter over fresh berries and drizzle with honey or coulis.

Finish with a sprinkle of flaked almonds or a dusting of icing sugar if desired.
