Clotted Cream and Strawberry Parfait

This clotted cream and strawberry parfait is an easy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any time of day. It combines the rich, creamy texture of clotted cream with the sweetness of strawberries and the crunch of granola.

Ingredients:
200g Langage Farm Clotted Cream
200g Langage Farm plain or fruit yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
100g granola


Instructions:
Prepare the Cream Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together the Langage Farm Clotted Cream, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Layer the Parfait:
In serving glasses or bowls, start with a layer of the cream mixture, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries, then a layer of granola. Repeat these layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a layer of strawberries and a sprinkle of granola.

Serve:
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving if you prefer a colder parfait.
