Chocolate & lemon tart


Short crust pastry

200g Langage Farm double cream

200g dark chocolate

200g Lemon curd

50g Langage Farm natural yogurt



Pre-heat oven to 190°C.  Place short crust pastry on a lightly greased round flan tin and blind bake as per instructions.  Once golden brown remove from oven and leave to cool.

Place 200g Langage Farm double cram in a sauce pan and gently heat.  Add 200g dark chocolate and stir continuously.  Once all melted take off the heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.  Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled pastry case.  Place in fridge for 3 hours to set.

Mix 200g Lemon curd and 50g Langage Farm natural yogurt.  Pour Lemon mixture over the chocolate tart and decorate with chocolate shavings.  Place in fridge.
