Chocolate cream cheese brownie


150g unsalted butter, 200 g dark chocolate, 100ml Baileys, 250g golden caster sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 pinch salt, 3 eggs, 100g plain flour, 150g Langage Farm curd cheese, 60 caster sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla


Pre heat over to 180ºC.  In a pan melt butter and dark chocolate, remove pan from heat and leave to cool a little.  Stir sugar, vanilla and salt into the chocolate mix.  Whisk in the eggs one at a time, beat mixture until smooth.  Stir in Baileys and sieve in the flour.  In a separate bowl beat Langage Farm curd cheese until smooth, add sugar, egg and vanilla.  Spoon chocolate mixture into a square baking tray then spoon cheese on top.  Using a knife create a marble effect.  Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool in tin.
