Ingredients
For the Yogurt Dip:

200g Langage Farm plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Fajitas:

500g chicken breast or beef strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 packet of fajita seasoning mix (or homemade seasoning)
Warm flour or corn tortillas
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, fresh cilantro
Instructions
Prepare the Yogurt Dip:

In a bowl, combine the Langage Farm plain yogurt, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste if needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. This step also helps to enhance the dip’s freshness.
Cook the Fajitas:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken or beef strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until they are tender and slightly caramelised, about 5 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken or beef to the pan and add the fajita seasoning mix. Stir well to coat the meat and vegetables evenly with the seasoning. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Assemble the Fajitas:

Warm the tortillas according to package instructions or by heating them in a dry skillet for a few seconds on each side.
Serve the fajitas with warm tortillas, allowing everyone to assemble their own fajitas with the meat, peppers, onions, and optional toppings such as shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
Serve:

Place the creamy Langage Farm yogurt dip in a bowl alongside the fajitas and tortillas.
Enjoy dipping your fajitas into the refreshing yogurt dip or use it as a cool, creamy topping.
