Campfire Ice Cream Sandwiches

Whether you’re camping, glamping, or just cooking up a firepit feast at home, these gooey, indulgent ice cream sandwiches will be a family favourite.
You’ll need:
Langage Farm Chocolate Brownie or Chunky Chocolate Ice Cream
Large cookies (chocolate chip or oat work well)
Foil (for warming)
Optional: marshmallows
How to serve:
Warm the cookies over a grill or campfire (wrapped in foil).
Place a scoop of ice cream between two warm cookies.
Add a toasted marshmallow if you fancy going full s’mores-style.
Press gently and eat quickly — it’s messy, melty, and amazing.
