This Banoffee-inspired sundae is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser — soft, caramelised bananas paired with cool, creamy Langage Farm ice cream and crunchy toppings. It’s quick to make, easy to scale up for groups, and doesn’t require turning the oven on. Just fire up the grill and scoop away!
You’ll need:
Ripe bananas (1 per person)
Langage Farm Toffee Fudge or Vanilla ice cream
Toffee or caramel sauce
Crushed digestive biscuits, nuts, or chocolate flakes
Method:
Slice bananas in half lengthways and grill for 2–3 minutes until golden and soft.
Place the warm banana into a bowl or sundae glass.
Add a generous scoop of Langage Farm ice cream.
Drizzle with toffee sauce and sprinkle with crushed biscuit or nuts.
Serve immediately while the banana is still warm and the ice cream is melting beautifully.
