Langage Cream cheese rolls


500g sliced white bread

400g Langage Farm full fat cream cheese (low fat curd cheese if you prefer)

4 tbl spoons milk

2 teaspoons Vanilla essence

6 tbl spoons caster sugar

3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

125g melted butter


Cut crust off the white bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

In a bowl mix together Langage Farm full fat cream cheese, milk and vanilla essence.  In another bowl mix together caster sugar and ground cinnamon.

Melt butter in a sauce pan.

Spread each slice with the cream cheese mixture and roll it up.  Dip the roll into the melted butter and immediately roll this in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Place rolls on a baking tray and cut into 3 pieces.

Place baking tray into preheated oven at 180°C for 10 – 15 mins.

Enjoy these rolls hot or cold.
