Our Grandmother Buff, a very keen cook, gradually developed other products, she was only interested in making the best and most luxurious products she could. She developed our famous clotted cream, yoghurts, ice cream, cottage cheese, soft cheese etc, many of these recipes are still in use today! Grandad Len’s job was to provide the necessary equipment, work out costs and then the sale price!
