Apple & creamcheese fritters


250g Langage Farm curd cheese

2 apples – peeled and cored

1 lge egg

2 tbsp. vanilla sugar

0.5 tsp baking powder

10 tbsp. flour




Grate 2 apples, which have been peeled and cored.

In a bowl mix Langage Farm curd cheese, egg, sugar, baking powder and flour.  Add crated apple to the mixture.

In a deep frying pan add oil and heat up.  Place a spoon full of mixture into the hot oil (oval or round shape) and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Place on kitchen towel to get rid of excess oil.

Enjoy fritters warm – add a dollop of Langage Farm crème fraiche or double cream.

Fritters can also be enjoyed cold.
