Smoked mackerel pate

Ingredients

200g Langage Farm curd cheese

100g Langage Farm crème fraiche

2 tspn horseradish sauce

6 spring onions chopped

2 smoked mackerel

Pepper

 

Directions

In a blender mix together 100g Langage Farm curd cheese, Langage Farm crème fraiche, horseradish sauce, half spring onions and 1 smoked mackerel.  Once mixed into a smooth creamy paste place in a bowl and add the remaining chopped spring onions, Langage Farm curd cheese and 1 chopped smoked mackerel.  Leave to chill overnight in the fridge.  Enjoy with some toast or crackers.
