LANGAGE FARM CHEESES
Langage is rightly famous for its Cream and Ice Cream products
but we also produce superb quality Cream and Cottage Cheeses. At
Langage Farm we use traditional batch methods in production which
although slow and relatively costly results in cheeses of superb
quality.
CREAM CHEESE
Most cream cheeses today are manufactured using an almost continuous
process which although fast and cheap squeezes much of the flavour
from the cheese. Langage Cream Cheeses are made in batches and produced
from a curd made using Jersey Milk which is then combined with our
wonderful cream to produce a cheese with a smooth texture and superb
depth of taste.

COTTAGE CHEESE
As with the cream cheese our cottage cheese is produced using traditional
farmhouse methods and, of course Jersey Milk and Cream. Unfortunately
many people regard cottage cheese as a rather bland product and
it has to be said that many are. Not so with Langage Farm - Taste
the difference - Luxurious.
Cottage Cheese is available in 8oz, 4lb & 8lb sizes
