Q: When do you know it is time for the cows to go to sleep?
A: When it is pasture bedtime.
300g chocolate biscuits (Orio, chocolate Digestives)
100g melted butter
250ml Langage Farm double cream
300g dark chocolate
Crush biscuits. Melt butter in pan, then add the crushed biscuits and mix well. Place biscuit mixture in a flan dish and press down firmly. Place in fridge for an hour to chill.
Pour Langage Farm double cream into pan and heat slowly. Add chocolate and stir until mixture is smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over the biscuits base and chill for an hour.
Layer the tart with fruit of your choice – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and return to fridge to chill overnight.
Enjoy a slice of fruit and chocolate tart with some additional Langage Farm double or clotted cream.
