225g caster sugar
225g self raising flour
454g Langage Farm coffee mocha layered yogurt

Mix the margarine, sugar, flour, eggs and some Langage Farm coffee mocha layered yogurt in a bowl using an electric mixer. Place mixture into a cake tin and bake in the oven at 190°C for 40 – 45 minutes.
When cake has cooled down completely, break off pieces and roll into a ball, then place in top of ice cream cone. Melt dark chocolate (add white and milk is desired) and pour melted chocolate on the sponge in the cone. Place chocolate covered coffee beans on top before chocolate has completely set.
