Devonshire Clotted Cream

Hello it’s Mabel here again! This is where I get to tell you all about our yummy Clotted Cream.

Clotted Cream is traditionally prepared on our farm from the Channel Island milk that we girls produce. Try it on scones with Lovely Fruity jam..... cream first of course, always the Devonshire way!
