Chocolate clotted cream truffles

Ingredients

200g Langage Farm clotted cream

200g Dark chocolate

 

Directions

Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.  Once all melted add spoonful at a time of Langage Farm clotted cream and stir continuously.  Once all clotted cream has been added, chill in fridge in the bowl for 3 – 4 hours.  Using a melon ball scoop form a ball of the truffle mixture and cover in cocoa powder or dip into melted chocolate.  Leave to chill for a further 4 hours.

Alternatively, once all clotted cream has been added, place mixture in a small tray and set in fridge overnight.  Cut into chunks, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
