Q: When do you know it is time for the cows to go to sleep?
A: When it is pasture bedtime.
200g caster sugar
200g plain flour
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
200g Langage Farm curd cheese
100g – 150g icing sugar
2 tbsp. Rum
100g Dark chocolate
Mix butter with sugar until creamy, add eggs then flour and cocoa powder. Put in cake tin, bake in oven at 200°C for approx 25 mins. Leave to cool then break up into crumbs.
Whisk Langage Farm curd cheese with rum (or brandy) and icing sugar. Mix together with crumbled up sponge cake.
Take a tea spoon of mixture and ball up in your hand.
Melt dark chocolate (or any chocolate) and dip ball into chocolate. Place on greaseproof paper and chill in fridge.
Add as many or as little decorations as you like.
